To give you full control. Your account acts as your personal Coffee Portal where you can pause, skip, or change your grind in seconds. Creating an account during checkout ensures your 5% discount is locked in and your 6th-order rewards are tracked automatically.
It’s simple! Once you’ve selected your coffee, you’ll be prompted to Create an Account. This takes less than 60 seconds and ensures your subscription is secure and easy to manage from day one.
No problem. You can reset it right here. We recommend logging in before you head to the checkout to make your subscription setup even faster.
Yes! Your Friend of Merlo portal is fully mobile-optimized. You can delay a shipment or swap your blend while you're on the go, directly from your smartphone.

Your Subscription Portal

You can access your subscription details via your Friend of Merlo account by following these steps:
  1. Log in to your Friend of Merlo account here.
  2. Once logged in, you will be able to view your subscriptions.
  3. In the menu at the top, click on 'Account,' then log in.
  4. Once logged in, hover over the 'Account' menu again and select 'Subscriptions'.
Alternatively, check any subscription-related email for the 'Manage Subscriptions' link. You will be prompted to log in to your account before accessing your information.
To edit general information such as name, email or phone, simply log in to your Friend of Merlo account here. Once logged in you can access your details.
  1. In the menu at the top, click on 'Account Login,' then login.
  2. Once logged in, hover over the 'Account' menu again, select ‘Details and Preferences' from the dropdown, and you can update your name, email and phone.

You sure can. Simply follow the account management steps listed above to update your preferences.
To update an address:
  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. Go to the ‘View your next order’ tab and click on ‘Edit address’.
  3. Select an option for which orders this address will be used for, fill out the info, and click ‘Save changes’ to confirm.
Note that this updates the address for all orders, not just the next order.

To add a second address:
  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. In your portal, click the ‘Address & payment details’ tab.
  3. Select ‘Manage addresses’ then ‘Add a new address’.
  4. Fill out your info, pick the associated payment method, and click ‘Save address’ to confirm.
Updating your payment method applies to all orders:
  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. Click into the ‘View your next order’ tab.
  3. Under the order dollar total, click ‘Edit payment method’.
  4. On the payment page, click on ‘Change’ under current card details then ‘Update Card’ to confirm.

Upcoming Orders

You can update your order quantity and frequency at any time. We offer the following frequencies:
  • Weekly, fortnightly, 3-weekly, monthly, 6-weekly and 2-monthly delivery options.
To adjust these:
  1. Log in here and click the ‘Manage subscriptions’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Manage this subscription’ under the item you want to edit.
  3. Update frequency or quantity and select ‘Save changes’ to confirm.
To swap a product:
  1. Log in here and click the ‘Manage subscriptions’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Manage this subscription’.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select ‘Swap this for a different product’.
  4. Choose your new product and click ‘Swap’.
  5. Review options and select ‘Swap product’ to confirm.
To get it now:
  1. Log in here and go to 'View your next order'.
  2. Select 'Send now’ and confirm. Your next order date will recalculate based on frequency.
To skip:
  1. Log in here and click 'Skip' in the 'View your next order' tab.
  2. Confirm your changes by clicking 'Yes, skip this order'. This skips all subscriptions in that order.
Updating the date reschedules following orders based on that date and your frequency.
  1. Log in here and click ‘Reschedule’ in the ‘View your next order’ tab.
  2. Pick a new date and save.
  3. Alternatively, go to 'Manage subscriptions', select 'Manage this subscription', and use the 'Reschedule button'.
One-time items:
  1. Log in here and in the ‘View your next order’ tab, select ‘Browse all products’.
  2. Click ‘+Add’ on the product, select ‘One time only’, and click ‘Add to order’.
Discounts:
  1. Log in here and navigate to 'View your next order'.
  2. Click ‘+ Add discount’ under the products, enter the code, and apply.
