Shipping policy

STANDARD WEBSITE ORDERS - SHIPPING RATES. CARRIERS & DELIVERY

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders that contain the following:

• 60-pack of Merlo capsules
• 1kg or more of coffee beans. Free shipping extends to orders where the accumulative total equals 1kg, for example 4 x 250g tins would result in free shipping.

For all orders outside of this, we have a standard flat shipping rate of $9.95 for all other orders within Australia. Shipping is to be paid at the time of purchase and will be shown in the shopping cart.

All online orders are shipped from our Roastery in either Eagle Farm or Bowen Hills, in Brisbane Australia.

Our preferred shipping carriers include Australia Post, Couriers Please, StarTrack and Fastway Couriers. We do however reserve the right to change our preferred carriers at any stage. Please be aware that delivery addresses which are PO Boxes may incur a longer delivery time as many carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

IMPORTANT: In the interest of courier safety please secure your dog if it is located in an area where parcels will be delivered. Any unsecured dog has the potential to pose a threat or safety concern. If it’s unsafe, our couriers may not be able to deliver your order, and it will be returned to Merlo and a delay in delivery may occur.

COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS – DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING

Subscriptions will ship within 48 hours of your credit card being deducted. Changes to your order must be made 24 hours before payment is deducted. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to give authority for the Carrier to leave the delivery without signature.

The same rules apply for subscription orders as standard orders (detailed above).
