At the end of 2022, with three decades of coffee roasting experience behind us, we proudly launched the best-tasting coffee capsules on the market. Our Roasting team dedicated themselves to perfecting our roasting process, meticulously adjusting grind size, water ratios, and extraction times to meet our uncompromising quality standards.
To ensure compatibility with our capsule technology, we implemented a multi-stage precision grinding method and employed a sophisticated de-gassing and oxygen-modified encapsulation process. Our choice of recyclable aluminium capsules with seven-layer micro-foiling enabled us to extract and preserve the distinctive flavour and smooth, lingering finish that defines Merlo's essence.
It was a lot of work, but now you can enjoy full-flavoured, smooth-finishing coffee you know and love from your barista in the convenience of a capsule.
