With earthy sweet aromas and a full body profile, the warm toffee and oak flavours blend beautifully with dark chocolate and a lingering burnt caramel finish.
Forza is for those who want a bold, invigorating strong coffee to kick-start their day or get a caffeine boost in the afternoon. It’s not for the faint-hearted.
Forza’s intense flavours of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans cut through the milkiness of lattes and cappuccinos, and the oak and toffee flavours really shine.

We source only the highest quality arabica and robusta coffee beans from four regions for the Forza coffee pods.
Brazilian single-origin coffee is chosen for its full-bodied chocolate and roasted nuts flavours.
Indonesian coffee beans are added for their intense dried fruit aromatics and oak flavour, tempered by a toffee-sweet Kenyan with clean, crisp acidity.
The two Papua New Guinean single-origin coffee beans play off against each other: the Bourbon Arusha varietals’ sweet and smooth milk chocolate and honey balance the intense flavours of the Robusta coffee beans, brought in for their extra caffeine.
Merlo’s specialty coffee roasters have fine-tuned the roasting profile of Forza coffee beans to accommodate our capsule technology, preserving the Forza signature flavour and finish. This means the capsule coffee is the same as our general Forza blend and makes the perfect Forza brew on home coffee pod machines.

We are committed to reducing landfill waste and only use coffee pods made from 100% recyclable aluminium. And by choosing these recyclable capsules, you can join us in reducing the carbon footprint associated with non-recyclable materials.

When you’ve finished using a coffee capsule:
1. Remove it from the capsule machine
2. Pierce the film
3. Empty the coffee grinds into your compost bin
4. Place the empty capsule into your standard council recycling bin
These Nespresso® compatible pods are ideal to use with home capsule coffee machines as well as portable capsule making devices such as the Wacaco Portable Minipresso .
I’ve been buying these capsules for a year and really enjoy having two piccolos to kickstart my day. They full of flavour and I can recycle the pods.

Our regular brew is Private Blend (beans) with our espresso machine. I bought the Forza capsules as they were recommended with the portable minipresso I bought last year for when we are in the great outdoors. It's a wonderful alternative when you can't take the espresso machine with you. (The espresso machine has been on several beach holidays over the years.)

Best flavour coffee
These are a better choice for the Merlo pods Forza has a bit more intensity than the other Merlo pods. But please don't expect these to match that of an expresso made by a barista with fresh beans.
Since moving to the UK, we've really missed the quality of Australian coffee. The coffee scene here is definitely improving, and more people are seeking a top notch experience, but we still can't get enough of our Merlo. A relative recently brought over our order, and we've been loving the taste of your new pods. Any chance you'll be setting up in the UK soon? We can't wait!
This is the strongest capsule coffee I have found anywhere. I have tried most of them. It is also delicious, which really helps. A strong coffee with a flat dull taste is not a win for me. Plus delivery took less than 24 hours from the time I ordered it to the time I received it. A worthy brew.

I've been buying Forza Coffee for my husband for quite some time now; other coffees were never strong enough for him, but he just loves this "strong, rich and intense caffeine hit." I don't think he'll be changing to another coffee anytime soon.
I've been a forza drinker socially since discovering their torrefaziones in Southport and the Valley a decade and a half ago, now I get to enjoy them at home! Worth every cent
