Coffee Subscription Terms & Conditions

Enjoy fresh Merlo coffee delivered straight to your home or workplace on your schedule.

How It Works

Subscribing is simple:

  • Visit our website HERE and select your favourite coffee.
  • Choose ‘Subscribe and Save’ instead of ‘One-time Purchase’.
  • Set your preferred delivery frequency.
  • Proceed to checkout as per normal.

You can manage or make changes to your active subscription at any time through your account portal on the Merlo website.

Loyalty Rewards and Shopping Benefits

All subscription orders count toward your Shopping Reward accrual as part of the Merlo Coffee Roasters Friend of Merlo program.

You will earn shopping rewards, such as a $5 voucher for every $200 spent. These vouchers can be used on future subscription orders. To use your reward, you just need to manually enter the voucher code before the next order processes.

If your subscription is cancelled, your overall Friend of Merlo benefits will remain active.

Coffee Delivery Frequencies

You can set your subscription to:

  • Weekly
  • Fortnightly
  • Every 3 weeks
  • Monthly
  • Every 6 weeks
  • Every 2 months

Note: Bean of the Month subscriptions are delivered monthly only and renewed in the first week of each month. Stock is limited and often sells out by the end of the month.

Pausing or Cancelling your Subscription

We have made subscriptions flexible to suit your needs. You can cancel anytime without penalty and reactivate your subscription whenever you like.

To pause or cancel, simply:

  • Log in to your account HERE.
  • Select ‘Subscriptions’ from the menu.
  • Find the subscription you want to update and click ‘Cancel’.
  • Choose how long you would like to pause for (2 weeks, 1 month, or 2 months). After this time, your subscription will automatically restart.
  • If you do not select a pause option, the subscription will be cancelled.
