UQ Merlo would not accept these

I purchased several of these vouchers for a small event at UQ, but the UQ Merlo Bar café manager refused to accept them until I complained. The UQ location is listed as a Merlo Flagship Café on this website, and it is advertised here that Merlo Flagship Cafés accept these gift vouchers.
