Where will my order be delivered?
All orders placed through the Bean Drive will be conveniently delivered directly to your community group or school. You can expect to receive communication from them regarding the specific date and location for order collection. Please stay tuned and keep an eye out for their updates regarding the collection arrangements.
Once my order is placed, how long until it is delivered?
The delivery of coffee for your community group or school will be completed within a maximum of 4 days after the conclusion of your Bean Drive event.
What products can be purchased as part of our Bean Drive?
There are four products available for sale to your community as part of our Bean Drive, as follows:

There is no limit to the number of items that any one community member can purchase as part of a Bean Drive. You are free to select beans, capsules or a combination of both - the more they order, the more your organisation makes.

Can my family and friends also purchase Bean Drive products?
Absolutely! The success of your Bean Drive fundraiser relies on the participation of as many people as possible. The more individuals who purchase as part of the Bean Drive, the greater the benefit to your community.
It's important to inform everyone that their coffee orders will be delivered to the one centralised location. Therefore, they should make arrangements to have access to the collection point when collection time arrives.

Can I run a Bean Drive for my other school, sporting team or community group?
Absolutely! Our Bean Drive Fundraiser is open to any Australian organisation that holds a valid ABN.
We’re happy to work with sporting clubs, primary and high schools, daycare centres, crochet clubs – you name it! To check your eligibility, please complete the expression of interest form on our Bean Drive webpage and we will be in touch.
Please note: We are currently only taking on Bean Drives in South East Queensland, this includes Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. We plan to expand interstate in early 2024.
