Our Papua New Guinea Single Origin is one of the most exciting additions to our range. Because the coffee plantations are so isolated, most of the crop is grown organically without any pesticides or chemicals. The result is a pure and unadulterated flavour profile that highlights the quality of the land.
The interior of the island is extremely fertile thanks to ancient volcanic deposits. This nutrient-rich environment allows the coffee cherries to ripen slowly and develop their characteristic fruity notes. We use the washed method for these beans to ensure a clean and crisp finish in every cup.
The Jamaican heritage of these plants shines through in their smooth body and balanced acidity. You can expect a delicate raspberry and orange sweetness that transitions into a satisfying chocolatey aftertaste.

This organic coffee is exceptionally tasty when brewed as a black coffee. It is ideal for filter methods like the Hario V60 or Chemex which allow the delicate fruity aromas to flourish. If you prefer a more traditional brew, it makes a wonderfully smooth and sweet plunger coffee that is perfect for a relaxing morning.
1. Is this coffee certified organic?
Yes. We source ACO certified organic beans for our Papua New Guinea Single Origin to ensure a natural and clean product.
2. Does it taste like Jamaican Blue Mountain?
It shares many of the same unique flavours because the plants are closely related. It offers a similar high quality experience at a much more approachable price.
3. Can I have this with milk?
Absolutely. While it is excellent black, the chocolatey aftertaste ensures it pairs beautifully with milk for a smooth and creamy latte.
