Brazil has been the world's largest coffee producer for over 150 years, and it's easy to see why. This single origin is balanced, smooth, and approachable, making it a great starting point for anyone new to single origin coffee and a dependable daily cup for those who know exactly what they like.

One origin, one story

Unlike our signature blends, this coffee comes from a single source, so what you taste in the cup is a direct expression of where and how it was grown. Our Brazil beans are Rainforest Alliance certified, meaning they meet strict standards for sustainable farming and environmental protection.

The flavour is straightforward in the best way. You get a popcorn sweetness on the nose, chocolate and nut notes on the palate, and a sweet, lingering aftertaste. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity, it's a clean and honest cup without any sharp edges.

1. What is single origin coffee?

Single origin means the beans come from one specific country or region, rather than being blended from multiple sources. This lets the character of that place come through in the cup. Our Brazil is a good starting point if you're new to single origins as it's one of the more approachable and familiar tasting profiles.

2. How does it compare to our signature blends?

It's a bit lighter and less complex than something like our Espresso or Private blend, but that's the point. You're tasting one origin in its most straightforward form. If you enjoy chocolate and nut notes without a lot of intensity, this is a great everyday option.
