Ready to take your barista game to the next level? This hands-on masterclass dives deep into the finer details of espresso excellence. You'll learn how to master dosing and distribution, adjust your grind like a pro, and identify the difference between over, under, and perfectly balanced extractions.
We’ll also cover working with alternative milks and share expert tips to help refine your latte art skills. Held at our Merlo Training Centre in Fortitude Valley, the session runs for 90–120 minutes (depending on group size) and is limited to four participants to ensure personalised guidance.
