This premium Ube syrup allows you to capture this blockbuster trend easily at home or in a professional beverage setup, offering a sophisticated, balanced alternative to traditional sweet coffee syrups.

A Smooth, Grown-Up Taste

Unlike overly sweet or artificial alternatives, the flavour profile of this syrup is beautifully refined. The natural, earthy creaminess of the yam sits perfectly alongside robust espresso, matcha green tea, tropical coconut water, and texturised dairy or plant-based milks. It provides a gently sweet, nutty foundation that lets you craft photogenic, café-quality beverages that taste as good as they look.

Master the Ube Cold Foam

The secret to a premium iced drink is a velvety layer of purple cold foam floating on top.

  • Combine 18 pumps of Ube syrup, 1 tablespoon of vanilla paste, and 600ml of cream.
  • Froth using a milk frother, hand blender, or automatic foam maker until thick and creamy.
  • Gently pour over iced coffee, cold brew, or iced matcha for an instant signature upgrade.
1. Iced Ube Coconut Cloud
  • Add 1 pump of Ube syrup to the bottom of a 16oz iced cup or glass.
  • Fill the cup completely with ice cubes.
  • Pour in refreshing coconut water until it sits just above the ice line.
  • Top the beverage with a decadent layer of your prepared Ube cold foam.
2. Iced Ube Matcha
  • Add 1 pump of Ube syrup to the base of a 16oz iced cup or glass.
  • Fill the cup to the line with ice, then add your preferred milk until it reaches the line of the cup.
  • Pour in your prepared whisked matcha mix.
  • Finish with a generous layer of Ube cold foam to create a striking green and violet colour contrast.
3. Hot Ube Latte (Caffeine Free)

  • Select your desired cup size (8oz, 12oz, or 16oz).
  • Pour a small amount of hot water into the bottom of the cup, exactly like the first step of making a standard hot chocolate.
  • Add your syrup directly into the hot water (2 pumps for 8oz, 3 pumps for 12oz, or 4 pumps for 16oz).
  • Mix the syrup and water together thoroughly until completely smooth.
  • Top with beautifully texturised milk poured gently using standard latte execution.
Important Preparation Note: Mixing the syrup thoroughly into a small splash of hot water first is highly important, as it completely prevents the natural density of the ube from clumping together when the texturised milk is added.
