Introducing our November Bean of the Month - Brazil Sitio de Torre

Produced by renowned coffee farmer Alvaro Antonio Pereira Coli, our new Bean of the Month features delightful flavours of milk chocolate, plum, raisin and treacle with malty, herbaceous aromas.

The Pereira family have been growing outstanding coffee on their internationally recognised farm in Mantiqueira de Minas for four generations and have won the Cup of Excellence award a staggering 29 times! Specialty coffee is in their veins.

Located high in the hills, the farm experiences fantastic natural conditions which when combined with the Pereira's careful crop management and processing results in consistently high quality produce. They produce around 1500 bags of green bean annually, all harvested by hand and in this case dried naturally spread on drying patios.
