This foundational depth is then elegantly balanced with vibrant marigold flowers and bright lemon peel. The blend is finished with authentic cold-pressed bergamot oil to introduce the signature citrus character that defines high tier Earl Grey teas.   1. Add 1½ teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 230ml cup into your infuser.
  2. Heat fresh water to 99°C and pour over the leaves.
  3. Steep gently for 2 to 4 minutes to achieve the perfect balance of citrus and floral notes.
