Treat this blend as a professional tea sommelier would. Use only freshly boiled water to awaken the leaves at their fullest, and ensure your teapot, cup, and infuser are impeccably clean so only the tea speaks.

Classic Hot Brew Ritual
  1. Add 1½ teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 230ml cup into your infuser.
  2. Heat fresh water to 99°C and pour over the leaves.
  3. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes to fully release the robust, malty character.
  4. Strain into your favorite cup and enjoy with or without milk.
Invigorating Iced Tea Ritual
  1. Add 3 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 150ml cup to ensure a bold base.
  2. Bring your water temperature to 99°C.
