A traditional Italian-style espresso and our most popular blend, this full-bodied coffee is bursting with rich cocoa, dark chocolate, hazelnut, and malt notes. Smooth and satisfying black, or indulgent and creamy with milk — it’s a reliable favourite that delivers every time.

Crafted from 100% Arabica beans sourced from Colombia, Papua New Guinea, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua, and roasted fresh daily in Brisbane, our Espresso Blend offers a perfectly balanced cup that captures the heart of café-style coffee at home.

Decaf Blend – All Flavour, No Buzz

Enjoy the full coffee experience, minus the caffeine. Our Decaf Blend is Rainforest Alliance Certified and organically grown in Mexico, where the beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Method. This natural, chemical-free process preserves the integrity of the bean.

With delicate notes of honey, lemon, and lime, a light floral aroma, and a soft, smooth finish, this decaf is crafted for versatility. Perfect for your afternoon flat white or a calming after-dinner cup.

PLUNGER (coarse grind: 6.2)
Plunger (or French Press) and other similar immersion brew devices, which involved the ground coffee having contact with the water for an extended time. A coarse grind is most effective.

AEROPRESS & FILTER (medium grind: 5.7)
This category includes a range of brew devices that use filters (paper or reusable). Devices include the AeroPress, & AeroPressGo, the Hario V60, Chemex & Fretta, the MoccaMaster and other cone-filtered methods where water is poured over ground coffee. A medium grind is recommended.

STOVETOP (medium/fine grind: 5.1)
Also known as Moka pot, a stovetop to produces a strong, concentrated coffee, and is best with medium/fine grind is best for this brew device.

HOME ESPRESSO MACHINE (fine grind: 4.7)
This category includes simple home espresso machines. For example:

    SEMI-PRO ESPRESSO MACHINE (finer grind: 4.2)
    Includes machines for home or workplaces with greater functionality, such as a double boiler that has one boiler for brewing coffee and another for steaming milk. Examples include:

    REFILLABLE PODS (fine grind: 3.5)
    No matter the brand, or type of refillable capsules or pods you have, a fine grind works best.


    TURKISH (very fine grind: 2.0)
    Turkish coffee combines extra finely ground coffee with water, boiling it in a small pot. An extra-fine grind is essential because Turkish coffee is served unfiltered.


    Please note: while we try and grind to your specific settings, we cannot guarantee the grind setting will be exact for your set up.

  • 1kg coffee beans - includes accumulative total eg. 4x250g coffee will qualify for free shipping.

    For all other orders there is a standard flat shipping rate of $9.95 Australia-wide.

  • All online orders are packed and dispatched from our Roastery in either Eagle Farm or Bowen Hills (Brisbane) QLD, Australia.
  • We offer a 2 business day dispatch turnaround for all orders. Note that during busy promotion periods this time may increase slightly.
  • Delivery times will vary based on delivery location.
  • PO Box delivery addresses may incur a slightly longer delivery time as some of our standard courier carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
