  • 1kg coffee beans - includes accumulative total eg. 4x250g coffee will qualify for free shipping.
  • for 60 pack capsules.

    For all other orders there is a standard flat shipping rate of $9.95 Australia-wide.

  • All online orders are packed and dispatched from our Roastery in either Eagle Farm or Bowen Hills (Brisbane) QLD, Australia.
  • We offer a 2 business day dispatch turnaround for all orders. Note that during busy promotion periods this time may increase slightly.
  • Delivery times will vary based on delivery location.
  • PO Box delivery addresses may incur a slightly longer delivery time as some of our standard courier carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

    Fun socks

    The delivery was the worst part of my last interaction. The Coffee is ok, I quite like the Ethiopia Single Origin and i order the private blend for work, also not bad. Startrack decided not to leave the order at the front door, unusual as we have a foyer by the front door that all services drop parcels off but no problem, i wait for the instructions on where to pick it up, crickets, i try to follow the tracking number, does not work, i contact Merlo, I appreciate the speedy reply i got and am told the parcel has been dropped off, i get home and its not in the discrete area by the door, its been thrown on the dirt at the front street facing letterbox for all the world to see, then to top it off, no invoice emailed? I grab a 1 KG bag for work and now dont have an electronic invoice like all the other orders i have made in the past. I most likely wont be using Merlo in the future, its a bit hard to swallow seeing the price skyrocket and the service go down, i get it might have been an off day and maybe I'll try Merlo again one day if im passing the shop but until you have an alternate courier service its an absolute no for future business for me at the moment.

    Colourful and comfortable

    I love my new Merlo socks - they fit well and are comfortable. Look great with light or dark shoes. Wish the puppy in the photo came with them but I guess that's the next Merlo promo right?
