Cafetto Espresso Machine Cleaner

Odourless Protection and Complete Rinse Performance

The core performance of this Australian made Cafetto cleaner relies on a free-rinsing formulation. When flushed through your system, it actively strips away bitter buildup without leaving behind a chemical residue or unpleasant scent. This deep cleaning action safeguards the delicate aroma and complex tasting notes of your fresh coffee beans while protecting internal valves from blockages.

Straightforward Maintenance and Backflushing Technique

The backflushing routine is highly effective and easy to incorporate into your daily closing schedule. Start by removing the coffee filter from your group handle and replacing it with a solid blind filter. For daily maintenance, add one level scoop of Cafetto cleaner directly into the handle and insert it into the machine. If the equipment is cleaned less frequently, use two level spoons instead.

Run the brew cycle for 10 seconds to fully dissolve the powder, then stop and let it sit for another 10 seconds. Repeat this start and stop cycle four more times to allow the formula to work through the internal lines. Remove the handle to rinse it thoroughly under a stream of fresh water from the delivery group, then turn it off.

To complete the process, reinsert the handle with the blind filter and run the cycle ten times, pumping for 5 seconds and stopping for 2 seconds to ensure a total rinse. Finally, swap back to your regular filter, brew a single espresso, and discard the shot to completely re-season your machine.
