PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The promotion is open to Australian residents only.
• Promotion period: 12:01am Saturday 18 January 2026 – 11:59pm Saturday 31 January 2026 [AEST].
• The promotion is running online at merlo.com.au or in-store at all locations (excluding Toowoomba).
• All orders received via merlo.com.au or instore -Customers must be signed in to their Friend of Merlo account during the promotion period, which contain 1kg coffee (including cumulative total e.g. 2 x 500g bags) OR 60 pack of capsules (including accumulative total) will go into the prize draw.
• One order = one entry
• There is no requirement to enter a promotion code at checkout.
• All subscription customers who have an active subscription containing 1kg coffee or 60 pack of capsules, will automatically receive an entry into the draw, no matter when their order falls.

THE PRIZE

• The winner will be drawn at random from all qualifying purchases.
• The winner will be contacted on or before Wednesday 5 February 2026, and announced by 6pm Friday 7 February 2026.
• There is no ability to
  exchange this prize for cash or credit.
• The prize will be delivered to the winner (at Merlo’s expense) by no later than 28 February 2025.
• The 3-month free coffee is valued at $170 and will come in the form of a Merlo Coffee gift voucher, to be redeemed online. The prize can be used for any combination of coffees from our Signature Blend range (merlo.com.au/collections/blends) and can be ordered as whole beans or ground to the winner’s personal preference.
