PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Open to Australian residents only.
• Promotion period: 12:01am Sunday 14 June 2026 to 11:59pm Tuesday 30 June 2026 (AEST).
• The promotion is available online at merlo.com.au and in Merlo Flagship Café (excluding Toowoomba locations).

ONLINE

• The promotion is available online at merlo.com.au.
• Customers will automatically receive one entry into the draw for every qualifying order placed during the promotion period that contains 1kg of coffee (including cumulative quantities, e.g. 2 x 500g bags), or 60 capsules (including cumulative quantities).
• One order = one entry.
• Customers MUST be logged into their Friend of Merlo account at the time of purchase to qualify. No promotion code is required.
• Customers with an active recurring coffee subscription, which contains the qualifying product/volume, will automatically receive one entry into the promotion, regardless of when their subscription order is processed, including outside the promotion period.

IN-STORE

• Customers purchasing from any Merlo Flagship Café (excluding Toowoomba locations) during the promotion period will automatically qualify for an entry when their transaction contains 1kg of coffee (including cumulative quantities). To qualify, customers must present their Friend of Merlo QR code at the time of purchase. Entries will be determined by reviewing qualifying Friend of Merlo purchases made during the promotion period.

THE PRIZE

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted by Thursday 2 July 2026.
• The winner will be announced by 6:00pm Friday 3 July 2026.

The prize includes:

• Rocket Appartamento TCA espresso machine in classic stainless steel, with side panel in copper. RRP value is $3949.00. Full details on the machine can be found here: https://rocket-espresso.com/products/domestic-models/appartamento-tca.
• The Rocket machine will be delivered to the winner at Merlo's expense by no later than Friday 31 July 2026, provided the winner responds promptly with the required delivery details.
• Three months of free Merlo coffee, valued at $180.00.  The free coffee component will be provided as a $180 Merlo gift card, redeemable online or in-store and valid for three years from the date of issue. The gift card may be used on any products available at merlo.com.au or in Merlo Flagship Cafés.
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product.
