Kato is a dedicated member of the Merlo team, joining in 2009 as a Store Supervisor and Barista. At the time she was balancing the demands of being a mum of two young girls, and so despite not being in a managerial position, she took on the responsibility of training four store managers, showcasing her natural ability to mentor.
Nikki is a dedicated member of the Merlo family, having embarked on her journey with the company in 2015. Her evolution within the Merlo ecosystem showcases her commitment and exceptional expertise in all things coffee.
In early 2023, Nikki embarked on her latest adventure with Merlo as a Wholesale Coffee Trainer. Nikki's ability to provide valuable insights and training to Merlo's wholesale clients ensures the continued excellence and consistency in the coffee that Merlo is renowned for.
Beyond coffee, Jaden has a deep passion for music. He studied Music Production and is skilled in playing the guitar, banjo, and harmonica. His creative spirit extends to acting, having starred in multiple short films.
His creativity and diverse talents enrich his role as a coffee trainer, making every training session both informative, entertaining and inspiring.
