This is an online-only promotion, not available in Merlo cafes. Open to Australian residents only. The promotion period is from 6am AEST Thursday 16 November 2023 to 11:59pm AEST Sunday 3 December 2023.
All orders received via merlo.com.au during the promotion period, which have purchased 1 kg of coffee (including cumulative total e.g. 2 x 500g bags) or a 60-pack of Merlo capsules (Forza 60pk, Organico 60pk, or Forza/Organico 60pk combo pack) will automatically qualify to receive the free item and go into the prize draw. There is no requirement to enter a promotion code at checkout. Customers are not required to be logged into their Friend of Merlo account.
All subscription customers who have an order during the promotion period will be eligible to receive the free item and will get an entry into the prize draw.
The two different bonus gift options will be distributed randomly among qualifying customer orders. There is no ability to exchange the bonus item for another or for cash exchange.
For those who receive the bonus Black Friday blend, this will be supplied as either whole beans or ground, depending on what was selected on the customers 1kg order. If the order has both whole beans and ground coffee, then the Black Friday blend will be supplied as whole beans. Capsules orders will receive the Chocolate Coated Beans.
The winner of the Rise & Grind Espresso Pack will be drawn at random from all qualifying purchases. The winner will be contacted on or before Wednesday 6 December 2023, and announced before Sunday 10 December 2023.
The prize will be shipped at Merlo’s expense (Australia-wide only) by no later than 13 December 2023, pending a timely response from the winner.
