Making different types of hot chocolate allows for a delightful exploration of flavours and textures.
Hot Chocolate:Â Place 4 to 5 teaspoons into a cup. Add 180ml of hot milk or water and stir.Â
Iced Chocolate:Â Place 4 to 5 teaspoons into a tall glass. Add a small amount of hot water then add cold milk and stir. Garnish with ice cream and/or cream.
White Chocolate Mocha: Place 2-3 teaspoons into a cup. Add an espresso shot and stir before adding heated milk or water.
White Chocolate Frappe: 3/4 cup ccold milk, 80g Arkadia white chocolate powder, Ice cubes. Fill a 475ml (16oz) cup with ice, add milk then pour into a blender. Add 80g of Arkadia white chocolate powder. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth, then garnish with whipped cream and enjoy!
