USING THE NANOFOAMER
Simply select a NanoScreen according to your desired microfoam consistency - superfine, fine, or ordinary. Then, froth your warm milk (ideally at 55°C) for approximately 15 seconds. Commence in the center to incorporate air, then transition to the edges to continue frothing and blending the foam. Finally, pour your microfoamed milk over espresso, achieving a fluid, paint-like consistency.
Microfoamed milk, characterised by its minuscule bubbles, renders them virtually invisible, resulting in a liquid velvet texture that seamlessly integrates with espresso and crema, enriching the flavour profile of your cappuccino or latte.
