We prioritise our partnerships with suppliers and work
to invest in the highest quality green beans from around the world. Each shipment is cupped upon arrival by our Q Grader and Head Roaster and carefully combined to craft our seven signature blends.
Our beans are slow roasted, packaged, date stamped, and sent out daily from our state-of-the-art roasting facilities, with everything from temperature, drum speed and roast time meticulously tracked and recorded.
With over 29 years of experience and capacity to roast over 100 tonnes a week of nothing but excellent coffee, you can rest assured knowing you are in safe hands with us.

Our team of Account Managers, each with extensive knowledge and industry experience, are dedicated to supporting you both in the lead up to opening day and as part of our ongoing relationship to help your business succeed.
Whether you prefer to train at our facility in Fortitude Valley or onsite in your café, we are here to educate you and your staff in preparing the perfect cup of coffee for your customers - from equipment maintenance to espresso extraction and everything in between.
With a network of specialised technicians and a 24/7 emergency hotline, if your machine happens to let you down on that bustling Saturday morning, we will have you covered.
At Merlo Coffee we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Depending on the needs and preferences of your business, we offer a range of tailored solutions to enhance your business’ image with your choice of stunning machinery from top brands La Marzocco and San Remo as well as personalised packaging and branding collateral.
And because not everyone likes the same coffee, we can create your own custom blend roasted to a specific flavour profile to suit you and your customers perfectly.
We understand the importance of convenience and simplicity when it comes to running your business. From sugars and syrups to cups and cleaning, we have everything you need for the perfect brew. We also stock retail products for you to on-sell to your customers such as coffee beans, cold brew cans, tea and Merlo merchandise.
Ordering is made easy through our online portal and each order is manually packed and checked by our dedicated warehouse team.
