PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Our 'WIN A HINTERLAND GETAWAY' is a partnership promotion between Merlo Coffee Roasters & O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat.

• The promotion is open to Australian residents only.

• The promotion period runs from 6am* Thursday 28 March 2024 to 11:59pm* Sunday 28 April 2024 [AEST].

• The promotion is running both online via merlo.com.au and in our Merlo Flagship Cafés, excluding our Toowoomba locations. Full list of Merlo Flagship Cafés can be found here: www.merlo.com.au/pages/find-a-cafe

ONLINE ENTRIES

• All orders received via merlo.com.au during the promotion period, which contain 1kg coffee (including cumulative total e.g. 2 x 500g bags) or 60 Capsules (Forza 60pk, Organico 60pk, or Forza/Organico 60pk combo pack) will go into the prize draw.

• One order = one entry

• There is no requirement to enter a promotion code at checkout.

• Online customers are not required to be logged into their Friend of Merlo account.

• All subscription customers who have an order during the promotion period, containing the required products, will get an entry into the draw.

IN-STORE ENTRIES

• Orders placed in any of our Merlo Flagship Cafés (excluding our Toowoomba locations) during the promotion period, which include 1kg of coffee (including cumulative, as stated above) will automatically qualify and go into the prize draw.

• In-store customers MUST show their Friend of Merlo QR code when ordering in-store, to qualify. If in-store customers do not provide staff with their Friend of Merlo loyalty details, there is no way we can track their purchase, and therefore their entry.

• Entries from in-store customers will be determined by reviewing Friend of Merlo customers who have ordered the qualifying products, in the specified timeframe.

THE GRAND PRIZE

• The winner of the O’Reilly Rainforest Retreat Package will be drawn at random from all qualifying purchases – there will be one winner from all
instore and online customers.

• The winner will be contacted on Wednesday 1 May 2024, and announced by Friday 3 May 2024 (pending timely response from the winner). 

• The O’Reilly Rainforest Retreat Package will be subject to availability and not valid for stays during Queensland long weekends.

• The prize does not include travel to and from the destination.

• The prize is valid for 12 months from the date the winner is contacted. 

• To book, the winner is to contact O’Reilly directly on (07) 5502 4911 to make their booking.

• There is no ability to exchange this prize for cash or credit.

• The Merlo Coffee Adventure Kit, which comes as part of the grand prize, will be posted to the winner (at Merlo’s expense) by Friday 17 May 2024. 

• The coffee in this Adventure Pack (3 x 500g bags) can be made up of any combination of coffees from our Signature Blend range - merlo.com.au/collections/blends. It can be whole beans or ground to the winner’s personal preference.

RUNNER-UP PRIZE PACKS

• In addition to the grand prize, we are giving away four runner-up prizes - 4 x Merlo Coffee Adventure Kits. 

• Entry to win the runner-up prizes is the same as the grand prize.

• The Coffee Adventure Pack includes:

• Winners of these 4 packs will be announced every Friday (1 per week) via Merlo social channels, namely Facebook and Instagram, and also via email to our Merlo database.

• The Merlo Coffee Adventure Kit runner-up winners will receive their prizes via courier or post, shipped at Merlo’s expense, no later than 2 weeks after the winner has been announced (pending timely response from the winner).
