The tradition of coffee cultivation in Kenya, since the late 1800's, has ensured that harvest and processing techniques have been perfectly adjusted to procure and preserve the best flavours and characteristics in the beans.
Grown in Machakos county at altitude of 1400-1600 masl. These pea-berry beans, due to their high density, produce a satisfyingly juicy and flavoursome cup, with very uniform roast. Punchy punnets of dark berries fill this coffee, with a juicy body and bright acidity. Notes of Rhubarb and orange zest elevate it to a sophisticated level that can be enjoyed by all.
