For an 8oz cup use 35ml Chai concentrate + 140ml of milk of your choice. For an 12oz cup use 50ml of Chai concentrate + 200ml of milk of your choice (we recommend soy). Steam Chai and milk together until it reaches 68C. Pour and garnish with cinnamon and cardamom. 750mL bottle.
