Pedra Branca Beneficio is nestled up in the Mantiqueira Mountains of Southeastern Brazil. Honey processing has yielded a sweet and well balanced cup with mild mandarin acidity. Chocolate flavours round out the hazelnut, walnut and caramel aromatics carried in the smooth, light body. The beneficio (mill) was established in 2012 to provide smallholder farmers located high up in the mountains with access to specialty processing and sorting, improving the coffee quality of this region.
