Grown in the hot and humid highlands of Sumatra, Blue Bianca sets the standard for Indonesian specialty coffee. Aromatic and bursting with flavour, this coffee has been processed using the archetypal ‘giling basah’ method for which Indonesia has become famous. This combination of place and technique has produced an exceptionally well balanced coffee with a lingering aftertaste. Blue Bianca is a long-time favourite of our Chief Roaster Steve and this year’s crop is no different.
