Q: Once our community members order their coffee, where and when does it get delivered?
Bean Drive delivery process is as follows:
Event Set-Up in Bean Drive Portal - During the setup process in the Bean Drive Portal, you will be asked to nominate the pickup location(s) where your community members would like the coffee orders to be delivered for the nominated pickup person to collect. This could be a classroom, school office, or organisation's reception, etc.
Collation of Bean Drive Orders - Once your Bean Drive begins, you will be able to see how your Bean Drive is progressing in the Bean Drive Portal. This includes number of orders, how you are tracking against your fundraising goal, etc.
Coordination of Delivery - After the Bean Drive is complete, we will work with you to determine the best time for delivery. Every order will come in a carry bag, with a clear label that details the name of the recipient (pickup name) and their nominated pickup location at your organisation.
Dispatch of Bean Drive Coffee - Typically, the dispatch of orders will occur within 3 business days from the completion of the Bean Drive. Our team will ensure that the orders are carefully packaged and sent out for delivery.
Delivery of Orders – The Bean Drive Coffee orders will be delivered to the organisation’s nominated delivery address in Bean Drive Portal. It is important to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery, and distribute the orders to the respective recipients, so our Bean Drive Account Manager will discuss with you a suitable delivery window.
Please Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and other factors. Our team will strive to ensure timely delivery and will communicate any changes or updates throughout the process to ensure a smooth Bean Drive experience for you and your organisation.

Q: How often can we run a Bean Drive?
You can run a Bean Drive as often as you like!
Q: Is there a minimum number of coffee sales we need to participate?
There isn’t a minimum number of orders required, however there is a minimum fundraising goal of $500. This equates to 50 x 1kg coffee orders or 50 x Capsule packs.
It is important to note, that many customers will purchase more than one item, for example they may order 3 x 1kg bags of coffee beans plus 2 x Capsule packs. That order would contribute $50 to your fundraising pot.
