Please ensure you add delivery charges to your shopping cart. All orders within Australia attract a flat rate of $11.50. Inquiries regarding delivery charges on international orders can be directed to . Orders placed without delivery charges will not be processed.
Once an order has been through the checkout it cannot be altered. Please take care to choose correctly when placing your order. Merlo accepts no responsibility where items are chosen incorrectly. Cancelled orders attract a $30 cancellation fee.
Merlo Coffee has the right to withhold any orders relating to fraudulent activities.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Merlo Coffee is happy to refund, exchange or replace any goods that are faulty, wrongly described, differ from a sample shown or that do not do what they are supposed to do. Please choose carefully as we do not normally refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection. Please retain your tax receipt for proof of purchase. A bank or credit card statement that can prove your purchase is also acceptable.
All espresso machines and grinders have a 12 month or a 24 month in house (delivered back to your place of purchase) Manufacturer’s Warranty. A Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse or expected wear and tear. Given the technical nature of espresso machines, Merlo Coffee recommends attending your complimentary coffee training. If you have any mechanical issues within the warranty period, please return your espresso machine and Merlo Coffee will endeavour to assist you with servicing and warranty repairs by dealing with the supplier on your behalf. If you believe your espresso machine or grinder is faulty, please return it within 5 days; most manufactures will replace if it is deemed faulty.
