The Tarrazu region has long been famous for producing high quality coffee. This microlot was grown in a small valley on the slopes of one of Costa Rica’s highest mountains. The cherries are harvested by hand and fully washed, creating a clean and sweet tasting coffee with smooth silky body. The ground coffee has a beautiful elegant cedar fragrance, complimented by the sweetness of dried fruit. This sweetness deepens in flavour to a rich honeycomb tempered with a soft green apple acidity.
