The Gourmet and Deluxe ranges are interchangeable, and offer a wide range of vegetarian, fish and quality meats to cater for all your guest’s desires.
Add a number of canapés from the Signature Range to wow your VIP clients, or add a sweet canapé to finish off your event.

Old Government House Tea Room
With Old Government House refurbished and reopened to the public, you can come in and enjoy a wide range of loose-leaf teas, delicate sweets and traditional high teas in the Tea Room.
Lamingtons - developed for Lord Lamington, Governor of Queensland in the late 1800s - are a highlight on the menu. They are made daily from the original recipe and served in the verye room they were created in!
