Cappuccino Milk
- use fresh cold milk
- use enough milk for the coffee (s) required in an appropriately sized jug (jug should not exceed 1lt and be about half-full to leave room for the milk to expand)
- position the steam arm just underneath the surface of the milk, just deep enough so as not to suck to much air causing large bubbles
- steam nozzle was turned on to produce a quiet hissing / sucking noise
- as the milk begins to froth and expand slowly lower the jug to expand the milk, whilst pulling the milk jug back to create a swirling action
- thick dense milk is created
- ONLY if the milk contains any bubbles, tap against the table to remove
