Duration: 3hrs

Cost: $195 per person

Commercial training sessions are available one-on-one, Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm, by appointment only, at our Bowen Hills Torrefazione (roasting house); at 10 Thompson St, Bowen Hills.

Throughout the session, you will:


  • tour the roasting facility
  • view a presentation on the history of coffee
  • learn the importance and basics of grind setting
  • learn the difference between good extraction & bad extraction
  • learn how to produce the perfect extraction
  • learn the art of steaming milk & some basic coffee art

At the end of your training, you will receive a certificate and bag of goodies to keep you inspired in making perfect fresh espresso!
