I was in the Merlo distribution centre in the valley yesterday and was extremely impressed with the service!

As a usual (insert other coffee company here) buyer, I visited Merlo on the recommendation of a friend and I must say that I am a Merlo convert after my experience yesterday. The girl showed a strong enthusiasm and knowledge of your coffees explaining the blends and flavours. She was also very helpful when I asked about the range of grinders that Merlo supplied, showing a knowledge on the quality of the different grinders and what I should look for in a grinder.

I was also impressed with the private blend I bought which I tried this morning very tasty. I will now be visiting Merlo regularly to buy my coffee.

Well done and keep up the high level of service and staff training.
