One on La Balsa Café is located on the beautiful La Balsa Park on the Mooloolah River, underneath the exclusive One on La Balsa Apartments.

Open Tuesday to Sunday, from 6am - 4pm, One on La Balsa serves up delicious breakfasts and mouthwatering lunches. Be sure to try their signature beer battered fish and chips!

With coffee as their specialty, you can stroll along Pacific Boulavarde or La Balsa Park and then unwind with a beautiful coffee.

One on La Balsa is also a pet friendly cafe. Pet lovers can relax and admire the river views, whilst their dogs sit happily in the shade with a water bowl.
